Editorial Guidelines

Pamil Visions is committed to delivering materials that respect the highest editorial and ethical standards on the Web.

  • We are aware that sometimes publishing challenging materials cannot be avoided, but we must be sensitive to audience expectations, particularly in relation to the children safety on the Web. Therefore all materials published should be well sourced and based on evidence.
  • Authors are required not to make statements about what they don’t know, to avoid speculation. If an issue is controversial all relevant opinions should be presented.
  • To ensure accuracy, please double check the information you want to submit and make sure you also submit a copy of the evidence sustaining your claim in digital format (pdf).
  • Use links to the original source of the news in your articles.
  • Never denigrate the beliefs and practices of any religious group.
  • Refrain from using racially abusive language and pejorative terms relating to people with disabilities.
  • Last but not least, articles should as far as possible be correct in terms of grammar and spelling.
