Rahman, I think my post already says that. It explicitly says: page titles not longer than 67 characters.

Thanks Mihaela for the informative post. I enjoyed it. I'd like to add one more tip regarding the title tags: The lengthy titles aren't necessarily the best. The longer a title tag is, the lower the keyword density in the entire tag will be. If you really want your page rank better for a particular keyword, make it concise, to the point and descriptive of the main topic of that page.
