I just love your list of three-fold things never to put online and I agree heartily. I would never consider posting something that I wouldn’t want others to read.

In fact, I want my kids to feel comfortable visiting any of my blogs or reading any articles that I’ve written. (They don’t actually visit much anymore, they’ve gotten bored with my writing - but they should be able to - that’s the point.)

One of the neat things about the Internet is that it exposes you to ideas and feedback from colleagues that you would otherwise never meet. We are all richer for it.
