It’s very nice and clean Mig.

As an SEO enthusiast myself, I think you’ve done an excellent job of it. You mention about possibly implementing ads. All I can think of to add to what you’ve received here, is to create some visual aids (photos etc) for ‘call to action’ if you do, so vistors are immediately drawn to take action and to where you want them to go quickly by the visuals.
