Stop by, take a look, tell me what you think.
I had to redesign my business website. The old one was cluttered with needless ads, not enough quality information and the structure was poor. It was full of color, all right, but the color was splashed randomly here and there. So I tried a different approach.
A “web 2.0” design that allows a better pagination and the focus on the content. Sure, I still have a lot to do – like changing the poor resolution pictures in the header with something clearer and more expressive, but you get the idea. There are no Google ads… yet. I’ll have commercials in the “knowledge base” where I intend to publish some articles, but no ads on the main pages.
The site will become a genuine resource for everyone who wants to learn about SEO, online PR and social media. So bookmark it and revisit each week: I’ll always have a special treat.
Now that you know about the redesign, do you have any suggestions? Is there something I should change? Improve? I am counting on your feedback.

1Good work! I need to do a similar (or probably more extensive) cleanup at WritingThoughts - I just haven’t been able to find the time. I can’t wait to see your new image.
The only suggestion I would make is one that was made to me when I started blogging - I can’t find where to subscribe to your blog. You need to get a subscribe button and put it in a prominent place.

2Thank you so much for the warm review, Laura. Pamil-visions.com is not a blog. It is an old fashioned website - the main landing page for my clients.
I could put an RSS button - why didn’t I think of that?

I’m going back to my blog to see if I can change my layout…again !!!!!!!

4I like the look.
It is a bit hard to identify that there are links in the bottom right column (under outsourcing).
It is very clean and nice to read - that is what is most important.

5Hey, Kim. You can steal whatever you want… except the brand. He he! Thank you.

6James, you are absolutely right. I have to think of a way to make those links clear. It’s not enough to make them pretty.

10Welcome to eWritings, Levon. Web 2.0 SEO also happens to be the topic of an SEO book I write, that will be available on the 1st of January 2008, as *pdf and softcover. I will certainly inform everyone when it gets published. I am really glad you enjoyed the read.

11It’s very nice and clean Mig.
As an SEO enthusiast myself, I think you’ve done an excellent job of it. You mention about possibly implementing ads. All I can think of to add to what you’ve received here, is to create some visual aids (photos etc) for ‘call to action’ if you do, so vistors are immediately drawn to take action and to where you want them to go quickly by the visuals.

13Thank you for the suggestion Deborah. I am not sure I will put ads yet but the visuals idea might work.
About the Dog Yard: thanks, but that I am no longer in charge of that blog. Yet, you’ll have lots of fun with Colleen.

14What a great site that I somehow overlooked. I definitely need to read every word on here for help with my new online business. I’ll add to my blogroll.
