This is such a wonderful informative post! I have been looking for something to help me get more organized and manage my time better. The only problem is, I need something to do it for me. This is great! Thank you for pointing this out.

You know Pearl you are right about the slackers. I remember having a simple system a while back to monitor when employees arrived and when they left. The ones who were always late to come and early to leave were the ones also complaining.

It’s great to have input on this tool, because there are other companies facing the same problem. But still… this is not the software’s flaw. It’s human nature.

you know, I’ve been thinking if I should comment of this post or not because we used it at my work place for about 5 years or so and although I personally loved it, a lot of the slackers (which was majority of them) were complaining about it because Kronos can print minute by minute report on your entering or leaving the building… we had it placed on different floors and every time someone left the floor it was recorded… of course a lot of the people didn’t like it, but I think its a great software to keep people honest about their attendance…:)
