Thank you for writing this post. It is important that we all realize the importance of Google. I also really like the fact that you bring up the importance of going with the change. If you can't adjust with change, you will not succeed in life. Keep posting such relevant information!

Another insightful post!

Investing time is crucial. There's also a personal investment of commitment to a goal. Imagination, creativity and innovation are key, and most importantly, action to follow through.

Embracing the change, working with it, and seeing how you can harness opportunities has always been the path of the business person, no matter what the setting.

Nice post Mihaela, and spot on too. We all have to be innovative in our own way and follow the guidelines or be penalised. There is no escaping that Google is the presence that the majority of bloggers, entrepreneurs etc evolve with. It's a necessity, and I must confess that I'm sick of hearing that google is dead, it is far from it.
They are a global leader, like it or not.

The Blind and the Wind - Or Why Many E-Businesses Still Struggle to Survive...

Eliminate Google of the equation and try to imagine the Web without Google. Where would you be? What would your web positioning be? Would you rely on a different search engine? Probably on Yahoo!?...

You have not hit just one, but several nails right on the head with this post.
Also note that Google is moving it's advertising business into the offline world too in radio ads.
