So you are a blogger, huh? And I smile: I know you are. And I know who you are. I see your avatar, I see your IP address, I see your face and I read your words. When you leave a comment here my heart sings with joy.
And I answer: to show you how much I appreciate your effort to write those two three lines.
- I love you for making my blog important.
- I love you for unleashing my own dreams!
- I love you for being a part of my world.
- I love you for teaching me how to be better.
- I love you for sharing my ideas and my hopes.
- I love your critique: it reminds me I am only human.
- I love your kindness: you answer my prayers and participate in projects that matter.
Thank you!
Above you’ve just read my reasons. That’s why I answer to your comments. That’s why I give you the “link love.” It’s nothing, compared to what I really owe you. But I don’t have the time, nor the power, to embrace each and every one of you, dear readers, who come here each day, to learn from me, and to show me the way to what I can learn from you. And I am happy to learn.
You were there for me, my sweet, wise Liz, when I needed a shoulder to cry on. Thank you!
You, Laura, congratulated me when I was successful.
You, dear, wonderful Ilker, made a dream come true.
Lillie, my purity symbol, my white flower, your love is beyond compare!
Jen… you wipe my tears and you don’t even know it.
Dio: you empower me! Share more of your soul, my sweet friend. Your project is wonderful. But I miss YOU!
Thank you… Thank all of you! You make my online existence a blessing. I am because you are. And that’s the top reason to answer to comments: to say thank you.
Whenever you need me, anyone of you, just drop me a comment!

Gosh, your blog looks so gorgeous and your joy is all over it!
Enjoy your joy! Don’t give my love back to me hold onto it. i know I put it in a save place. I’m smiling to see it. I’ll take a bit of your love with me when I go.
Well, good reasons you have there and that’s one of the reason why most of the bloggers are doing the same (answering to comments)
Hi Mihaela!
What a wonderful tribute to the online friendships that can grow through this medium!
Hi Liz,
I’m glad you like it (my blog that is). About your love: it’s in my heart, it will never go away, no matter what! And I am not giving it back. No way! I give you my own love in return.
Mig
Hi Abdul,
Welcome to ewritings. I’m glad to see your comment here, for the first time. Thank you.
I also hope you will come back one day. I’ll be here, waiting for you.
Mig
Hi Laura,
Did you notice that my readers are your readers? Your readers are my readers… and so on? I think we are more than friends and we cannot really define this connection. We share common ideals and dreams…
Mig
Mig,
You constantly amaze me with the beauty of your words and your heart.
WOW! I just felt like I had a warm (virtual) hug from Mig.. Thank YOU!!!
ilker
Lillie, that makes two of us! I always leave from your blog richer.
Ilker, I am always happy to see your beautiful face around. He he he!
wow, you know, that post made me subscribe to your rss feed, bookmark you blog and comment! I love the positive attitude! You speak (write) with your heart and it shows, love it!
And here you are… a comment from the guy with long hair and straight ideas! I’m so happy to “meet” you (although I already know you from Liz’s blog)… Thanks for subscribing.
Hey, I’m leaving a comment here because I cant leave it where I really want to. I would love to leave a comment on THIS site, but the host turned off comments. And everytime she comes and comments on my blog, remember I cant comment on hers. It is really a heart breaker, since, as I said, I would love to comment on it. So hey, maybe you can talk to her and convince her to open up comments. After all, why would anyone blog but not have comments open. Plus I remember that a while back she promised she would open up comments.
Ciao
You are wonderful.
It’s just that I really don’t have the time to answer everywhere… But OK… I’ll talk to her
This is such sweet post. Many times we miss responding back to those that’ve commented, but it’s not to say that we don’t read each one and appreciate it. How wonderfully kind of you to reciprocate in such a touching way.
Welcome to eWritings Meena.
I am glad this entry inspired you enough to leave a comment and open the door to your blog too. I’m on my way there…
I am honoured to be included in your circle of blog friends. This post is a testament to the shared nature of blogging and to your generous spirit.
